APPRAISER LICENSING

Mathew Just is certified by the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers and holds the title of Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. www.orea.ca.gov

The requirements to become a Certified Real Estate Appraiserin California is to complete 200 hours of acceptable education by the BREA including a 15 hour national USPAP course and a Bachelor's Degree from a Regionally or Nationally Accredited College. 2,500 hours of experience is also required and the experience must span over 2.5 years at minimum.

A certified residential real estate appraiser is qualified by the BREA to complete 1-4 unit family properties without regard to transaction value or complexity; and non residential property with a transaction value up to $250,000.
